• Product Awareness: Understand the Company s Insurance Products and Schemes thoroughly
• Timely acquainted with updations of Insurance Policies and Procedures
• Planning: Timely meeting with HoDs and Line Managers to plan and implement the sales strategy
• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through methods such as networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Needs Assessment: Evaluate clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate policies
• Policy Presentation: Clearly explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits to clients
• Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass sales goals and performance metrics
• Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients, assisting with policy renewals, claims, and addressing inquiries

Education
