Role & responsibilities Grievance handling Process development through implementation of various HR processes and systems. Develop strategies to achieve organizational goals. Excellent in team building and team handling experience. Develop & implement various HR policies. Active supported role in Wage settlement. Recruitments Develop workforce professionally through requisite Training process. Statutory compliance as per Legal and Statutory requirements. Ability to maintain peaceful work environment and good relations among business partners. Strong administrative skills helps to perform various business activities. Organized various company events. Overall excellent individual and team performance in HR, IR and Admin functions to meet management expectations. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 yrs of exp in a Unit / Plant or manufacturing division as a Generalist HR ( Only females) Females who can travel to UAE for 2 yrs alone All travel visa and accommodation (fully furnished) Lunch will be provided by the company , you have to go there alone for 2 yrs after 2 yrs you will be absorbed in the India office also salary would be in Dirhams Female HR who had handled the responsibilities like grievance handling, employee relations, talent acquisition, and statutory compliances.
