Events Sales Manager

Irony Home is a Dubai festive décor specialist delivering Christmas and seasonal installations for luxury hotels, resorts, malls, restaurants, private villas and premium venues. We are looking for a confident, well-connected person to sell our festive décor projects to hotels, venues and private villas across the UAE. You may come from B2B sales, or from a hotel concierge, private villa concierge, lifestyle management or guest relations background where you built strong relationships with hotel management and high-end clients. What matters is your network, your understanding of luxury service and your ability to close deals. Key Responsibilities Win new business with 5-star hotels, resorts, serviced residences, restaurant groups, malls, private villas, family offices, concierge and lifestyle management companies, and corporate clients. Use your network to open doors with hotel decision makers, villa owners, estate managers and private clients. Visit hotels, villas and client sites regularly across Dubai and the UAE. Build a full-year pipeline for Christmas, New Year, Ramadan, Eid and other seasonal events. Understand client briefs and budgets and work with our design team to create winning proposals. Present concepts, 3D renders and past projects professionally. Prepare, negotiate and close quotations. Advise clients on Christmas trees, garlands, wreaths, lighting, ornaments, installations, rental or purchase, and installation and dismantling. Coordinate with design, production and operations teams for smooth delivery. Grow existing accounts into repeat and multi-property business. Meet and exceed sales targets, keep CRM updated and report weekly to management

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Minimum 4 to 5 years of UAE experience in one of the following: B2B sales in festive décor, event décor, hospitality supplies, interiors or luxury products, or Hotel concierge, guest relations, VIP services or hospitality sales in 5-star hotels or luxury venues, or Private villa concierge, lifestyle management, estate or household management for high-net-worth clients. Strong network with hotel decision makers and/or private villa clients in Dubai. Good knowledge of Christmas and festive products, or a strong interest and ability to learn quickly. Confident, polished and persuasive with a high standard of client service. Good negotiation skills and commercial sense. Excellent spoken and written English. Arabic or other languages a plus. Valid UAE driving license and own car required. Employment Type Full-time
