Our team is structured based on a project management model and functions to deliver Big Ideas with execution solutions whether through in-house capabilities or outsourced talents to make it happen on the round and deliver results and create events outstanding experiences. Main Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution Align the project scope, plan, and objectives with the team according to the client s requirements. Ensure all necessary resources are allocated efficiently to meet project objectives. Assist in developing budgets, proposals, and ideas based on the scope of work and resource requirements. Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution process. Creating comprehensive events Presentation + presented to the Clients Client and Stakeholder Management Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress, adjustments, and key milestones. Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met and exceeded. Share quotations, secure approvals and PO s, issue invoices and ensure collection is made. Collaboration and Teamwork Work closely with internal teams Creative & Ops. and stakeholders to ensure the success of each project or event.
