In leadership coaching at PwC, you will focus on providing guidance and support to executives and leaders, helping them enhance their skills and achieve their professional goals. Your work will involve your experience to empower individuals and drive organisational success through effective coaching strategies. In addition to providing individualised development opportunities to executives, you will design and develop learning solutions as applicable. Key Responsibilities Candidate sourcing : Assist in identifying and attracting candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels. Screening support : Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews. Interview coordination : Support logistics, communication, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers. Employer branding : Contribute to recruitment campaigns and social media presence. Data management : Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports. Onboarding assistance : Support HR in preparing documentation and welcoming new hires.

Desired Candidate Profile

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Interest in recruitment, talent development, and HR operations.
