ETIC, Full Stack Developer (Python) - Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities As a Python Full Stack Developer Manager , you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable platforms and services. You will be responsible for technical leadership, team management, and driving the adoption of modern engineering practices while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalable and reliable services using Python. Architect and oversee the development of enterprise-level Web APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI. Drive the integration of AI solutions into existing platforms and services. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and stakeholders, to define and deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs. Oversee API design and implementation in alignment with TMF standards and OpenAPI specifications. Lead cloud-native development and deployment using Azure PaaS, Kubernetes, and Docker. Ensure high code quality through code reviews, standards enforcement, and performance optimization. Manage CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and platform operations including change management. Drive performance, scalability, and reliability initiatives across systems and services. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in building and maintaining scalable platforms and services. Strong proficiency in Python, including developing enterprise-grade applications. Proven experience leading development teams or technical initiatives. Extensive experience in building Web APIs using FastAPI. Strong understanding of system architecture, API design, and distributed systems. Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS, Kubernetes, and Docker. Deep knowledge of REST API development, including TMF standards and OpenAPI specifications. Strong experience with database design and SQL optimization. Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD tools integration and operations. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent command of English with ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders. Preferred Attributes Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into production systems. Knowledge of Machine Learning and Data Science frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders. Strong focus on building high-performing teams and fostering innovation.
