Estimator

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates based on project scope and specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather relevant information
• Analyze costs related to materials, labor, and equipment
• Update and maintain cost databases and standard estimating procedures
• Assist in preparing bids and proposals
• Provide cost-related input during project reviews and meetings
• Ensure estimates comply with company standards and policies
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and costs
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimation in construction or related industries.
