ESTIMATOR (Fit out / Joinery)

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for fit-out and interior projects
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements
• Prepare quantity take-offs and material/labour cost calculations
• Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Coordinate with the procurement, design, and project teams
• Ensure quotations are accurate and submitted within deadlines
• Assist with tender preparation and cost analysis

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Estimator in Fit-Out/Interior projects. Good knowledge of fit-out works Ability to read and understand architectural and MEP drawings. Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and costing. Good knowledge of MS Excel and estimation software. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Candidates with Qatar/GCC experience will be preferred. Employment Type Full-time
