Estimator - Joinery & Fit out

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for joinery and interior fit-out Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project requirements. Prepare accurate material, labour, and subcontractor cost estimates. Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Coordinate with the design, procurement, production, and project teams to ensure accurate estimation. Prepare tender submissions and commercial proposals within required deadlines. Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and potential cost risks. Conduct rate analysis and maintain updated cost databases. Review variations and assist in preparing variation quotations. Support the commercial team during tender negotiations and project execution. Ensure all estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with project specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. 3–4 years of relevant experience in estimation. Experience in joinery & interior fit-out projects is Mandatory. GCC experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and rate analysis. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; knowledge of estimation/tendering software is an advantage. Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Employment Type Full-time
