Estimator - Furniture & Joinery

Prepare accurate cost estimates for furniture and joinery projects. Review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine project requirements. Perform quantity take-offs and prepare material and labor cost estimates. Coordinate with the design, production, procurement, and project teams to obtain required information. Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Assist in preparing tender submissions, quotations, and cost proposals. Maintain estimation records and update cost databases. Ensure estimates are completed within the required deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Desired Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in furniture and joinery estimation. Good understanding of furniture manufacturing and joinery materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of estimation software is an advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimation tasks. Employment Type Full-time
