Job Overview
Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Prepare cost comparisons and assist with tender submissions Coordinate with the project and procurement teams as required
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical field. Possesses a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost factors relevant to the Philippines. Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) for reading blueprints and performing take-offs. Familiarity with at least one industry-standard estimating software (e.g., Primavera P6, CostX, PlanSwift). Employment Type Full-time
