ERP Next and SAP Consultant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary We are looking for a Support Engineer – ERPNext & SAP to support and manage integrations between ERPNext and SAP. The role involves resolving integration issues, supporting UAT and production deployments, implementing finance-related integrations, and working closely with business users, developers, and offshore teams to ensure smooth system operations. Key Responsibilities Resolve issues across all integrations between ERPNext and SAP in both directions. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support live deployments. Implement and support ERPNext billing integration with SAP FI and SAP COPA modules. Implement and support ERPNext cash collection integration with SAP FI. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues and provide effective solutions. Identify and report application bugs to the development team and coordinate resolution. Manage LS Navision process changes and provide guidance to the offshore support team. Troubleshoot application and integration issues to ensure system stability. Maintain technical documentation and support process improvements. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in ERP application support. Hands-on experience with ERPNext and SAP. Knowledge of SAP FI and SAP COPA modules. Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, and data exchange. Understanding of finance processes, including billing and cash collection. Experience in UAT, production support, and deployment activities. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with LS Navision. Knowledge of SQL and REST APIs. Exposure to ITIL support processes. Experience working with offshore support teams.
