ERP Functional Consultant

Understand and analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions. Lead and support ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Work with ERP platforms such as Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Sage, or other enterprise ERP solutions. Configure ERP modules according to business requirements and industry-specific processes. Handle Accounting and Finance functional requirements, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, taxation, and financial reporting. Understand accounting principles and map finance and accounting processes into appropriate ERP workflows. Configure and support relevant ERP modules such as Accounting/Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR, Project, and other business applications. Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis, gap analysis, and process mapping. Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, user manuals, and implementation-related documents. Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, user training, workshops, and knowledge-transfer sessions. Coordinate with technical/development teams for customizations, integrations, and resolution of functional requirements. Perform functional testing, integration testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Support data migration, master data preparation, system configuration, deployment, and go-live activities. Provide functional support to clients and assist in resolving post-implementation issues. Advise clients on ERP best practices, process improvements, and effective utilization of ERP functionalities. Participate in presales activities, requirement analysis, solution demonstrations, and proposal preparation when required. Manage multiple client requirements and implementation activities while ensuring timely completion of assigned deliverables. Maintain strong client relationships and act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Sage, or Oracle ERP. Strong understanding of functional implementation. Odoo experience will be an advantage. Experience in any established ERP platform. Employment Type Full-time
