ERP Functional Consultant

Job Description

A. Understand each client's business Meet clients to understand their operational processes. Identify problems and determine how the software can solve them. B. Configure and adapt ERP systems Configure accounting modules and workflows according to client requirements. Modify settings, reports, fields, approval processes, and business rules. Coordinate with developers when advanced coding or integrations are required. Work with Odoo, Zoho, NetSuite, and the company's AI solution, depending on the projects assigned. C. Train and support clients Deliver practical training end users. Prepare user guides and explain system features in simple business language. Troubleshoot functional issues and help users adopt the software. D. Coordinate AI and software development Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications. Test new features and verify that they meet business requirements. Work with developers to improve AI-powered accounting processes and integrations Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve the product. Desired Candidate Profile

Education

MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Technical background: ERP systems, software configuration, databases, APIs, integrations, or business applications Strong numerical reasoning, calculations, analytical thinking, and attention to detail Client communication: Ability to understand business needs and explain technical concepts to nontechnical users Ability to teach users, conduct software demonstrations, & preparing training materials Preferred experience in Odoo, Zoho, NetSuite, or another ERP/accounting platform Ability/Willing to Travel on company missions.
