Job Title: Epic Cadence Enterprise Scheduling & Prelude Registration Analyst

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Epic Cadence & Prelude Analysts to support patient access, scheduling, and registration workflows within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Epic build experience, workflow analysis skills, and hands-on knowledge of scheduling and registration processes.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, build, maintain, and support Epic Cadence and Epic Prelude modules

Support scheduling, patient registration, referrals, provider templates, and visit workflows

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and revenue cycle teams to gather requirements

Perform workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, validation, and documentation

Support upgrades, optimization projects, and new implementations

Troubleshoot production issues and resolve tickets

Participate in integrated testing, go-live, and post-production support

Maintain provider records, departments, visit types, and scheduling templates

Work with cross-functional Epic teams for integrated workflows

Document build decisions, configurations, and change management processes

Required Qualifications

Epic Cadence Certification (Required)

Epic Prelude Certification (Preferred/Required depending on client)

3 5+ years of Epic Cadence/Prelude analyst experience

Strong understanding of patient scheduling and registration workflows

Experience with Epic build, optimization, and support

Knowledge of healthcare operations and patient access workflows

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Experience with testing lifecycle (unit, integrated, UAT)

Preferred Skills

Experience with Enterprise Scheduling

Knowledge of Grand Central / Patient Access workflows

Multiple Epic implementations or upgrade experience

Experience in ambulatory or hospital scheduling environments

Familiarity with work queues, decision trees, referrals, and RTE

Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
