Enterprise Project Manager

This position will be working to provide project management services to support the prioritized projects of the Child Support program. The child support program is working on a modernization effort for the program and related technology systems. This position will provide project management support to the Child Support Modernization project and any other prioritized work assignments.

Application Development and Support project management all phases of the systems development life cycle supporting a large system (Health and Human Services, Insurance, Banking, etc.)

Experience with system modernization projects

Experience working with a business customer to document requirements, analysis and design deliverables

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Knowledge and experience with child support system certification

Experience executing and documenting the Test Deck for IV-D system Certification

Financial and Case Management Child Support Enforcement: Systems development and maintenance experience

Experience with an ALM tool (Azure DevOps, JIRA)
