Enterprise Architect

The ideal candidate is not a traditional solution architect or technical architect. Instead, they are a strategic thinker who can:

Understand both business strategy and technology strategy.

Evaluate technology capabilities across an entire value chain.

Provide independent recommendations and executive-level guidance.

Identify opportunities for technology consolidation and optimization.

Demonstrated ability to move from strategy to execution, including development of implementation roadmaps, cost models, investment plans, operating models, governance structures, and measurable delivery outcomes.

Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs from assessment and strategy formulation through execution planning and realization.

Drive enterprise-wide alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Management Consulting.

Experience assessing and transforming complex enterprise technology landscapes.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, business capability modeling, and technology roadmaps.

Proven experience leading strategic technology assessments and transformation programs.

Ability to communicate technical and business concepts to executive stakeholders.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical proficiency, including

Must Have

8+ years of deep solution architecture, enterprise architecture experience

5+ years of AWS/Azure data services,

2+ years of implementing Web application preferably using React and NodeJS.

4+ years of database architecture with Relational database, preferably Postgres

4+ years in data platforms and ETL, preferably, Snowflake, Snaplogic, Collibra, Allation, Informatica

Demonstrable experience in data architecture and design is mandatory

Demonstrable experience establishing and influencing Enterprise Architecture, particularly in a new or evolving domain is highly valued

Desirable

3+ years working in an Agile development environment pairing DevOps with CI / CD pipelines

3+ years of exposure to modern technologies such as EV, VR, AR, MXR, Hyperautomation
