Emiratisation Manager- UAEN
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's Emiratisation strategy, aligning with UAE labor laws and organizational goals, to boost national workforce participation. Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for Emirati candidates, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience. Establish and maintain relationships with government entities like the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), ensuring compliance and fostering collaboration. Design and implement training and development programs specifically tailored for Emirati employees, enhancing their skills and career progression. Monitor and evaluate the performance of Emirati employees, providing feedback and guidance to support their growth and success. Oversee the Emiratisation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for training, development, and related initiatives. Create and maintain comprehensive reports on Emiratisation metrics, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. Promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the workplace, fostering a supportive environment for Emirati employees. Desired Candidate Profile Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Hold relevant professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM, demonstrating expertise in HR practices. Have at least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Emiratisation within the UAE. Be a UAE national, reflecting the core requirement of the role. Be fluent in both Arabic and English, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, facilitating data analysis and reporting. Exhibit strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, capable of driving Emiratisation initiatives and overcoming challenges.
