Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Outdoor Sales Engineer – Lighting, Lighting Control & Home Automation We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team specializing in Lighting Solutions, Lighting Control Systems, and Home Automation. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, MEP, interior design, and smart home sectors. Promote and sell lighting products, lighting control systems, and home automation solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users. Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate contracts. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements: Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience in Lighting, Lighting Control, Home Automation, Electrical, or MEP-related industries. Strong network within the construction and MEP market is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory . Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
