Are you an innovative problem-solver with a passion for designing electronic systems?

SAIC is seeking a dynamic Electrical Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development of the Common Aviation Command and Control System (CAC2S) and Marine Air Defense Integrated Systems (MADIS) vehicles.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with customers to design and develop cable assemblies specifically tailored for MADIS and CAC2S systems.

Create, modify, and enhance models for cable assemblies to meet project specifications.

Review and refine technical drawings prepared by drafters to ensure precision and compliance with standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during the manufacturing process, ensuring system functionality and quality.

Conduct experimental tests, evaluate results, and provide innovative solutions to complex technical problems.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with two (2) + years of experience, or a Master's degree in a related field with 0 years of experience.

One (1) year of experience in C5ISR electronics integration, to include: Technology Analysis and Assessment, Design Definition, Development of Systems Specification, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Integration, and Test & Evaluation Criteria.

Proficiency in technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.

The ability to analyze a variety of factors and provide solutions to moderately complex technical problems.

Strong judgment to execute tasks within established procedures, with a focus on meeting project objectives and milestones.

Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and liaise with external stakeholders on routine matters.
