Job description

The Eagle Resources Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate resource data, pricing structures, and RDC (Rate/Discount/Cost) pricing models within the Eagle system.

This role ensures that material, labor, and service resources are properly configured, costed, and aligned with organizational standards.

The specialist partners with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Program teams to support cost accuracy, pricing compliance, and efficient resource planning.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update Eagle resource master data, including materials, labor categories, equipment, and service items.

Build, validate, and manage RDC pricing structures (Rate, Discount, Cost) within the Eagle system.

Ensure pricing accuracy by aligning Eagle data with vendor quotes, contracts, and approved cost models.

Analyze cost and pricing data to support proposals, budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction initiatives.

Monitor resource usage and identify discrepancies, outdated pricing, or opportunities for optimization.

Support internal and external audits by providing accurate pricing and resource documentation.

Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to maintain consistent pricing methodologies and cost standards.

Generate reports and dashboards to support leadership decision making and pricing transparency.

Participate in system enhancements, testing, and process improvements related to Eagle resources and pricing modules.

Provide training and guidance to internal teams on Eagle resource management and RDC pricing workflows.

Required Qualifications

Hands on experience with Eagle or similar ERP/MRP systems.

Strong understanding of pricing models, cost structures, and RDC pricing methodologies.

Experience with resource planning, cost analysis, or pricing operations.

Proficiency with Excel or other data analysis tools.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and data validation skills.

Ability to interpret vendor pricing, contracts, and technical data.

Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
