E-Commerce & Operations Assistant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented E-commerce & Operations Assistant to join our team and support daily office operations, marketplace activities, and customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on marketplace experience who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. What You'll Do: Manage daily marketplace operations across platforms like Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Centrepoint, and Trendyol Update product listings, pricing, and stock levels across all channels Coordinate order fulfillment with our warehouse and logistics team Handle customer inquiries, returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism Monitor shipments, cancellations, and order statuses Prepare operational reports for internal tracking Liaise with marketplace account managers to troubleshoot and resolve issues Support inventory reconciliation and general office administrative tasks Desired Candidate Profile What You'll Need: Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Odoo ERP is a plus A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Retail Department / Functional Area MarketingBrand ManagementMarketing ResearchDigital Marketing Keywords E-commerce Get real-time job updates only on our App
