Dyanamic 365 Presales Consultant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients to understand business challenges and requirements. Conduct discovery sessions, requirement gathering, and solution workshops. Design and present Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP solution architecture aligned to customer needs. Demonstrate product capabilities through presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs). Develop technical and commercial proposals, estimations, and response documents (RFP/RFQ/RFI). Collaborate with delivery and technical teams for solution feasibility and project transition. Identify opportunities for extending solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps. Support sales teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle and contribute to deal closures. Stay updated with Microsoft product enhancements and industry trends. Desired Candidate Profile + years of experience in Dynamics 365 Presales / Functional Consulting / Solution Consulting. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP modules). Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and broader Power Platform capabilities. Experience creating solution proposals, presentations, and customer demonstrations. Understanding of business processes across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, or Finance. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills. Experience working in customer-facing consulting environments. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform. Exposure to Microsoft Azure ecosystem and integration concepts. Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
