Salary: $149,718.00 - $151,000.00 per year

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Summary of Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities.

Administer server operating systems, middleware, and web and business applications, including the installation, upgrading, and patching of software systems.

Assist Application Development and Network Security by providing SME assistance on performance, availability, and vulnerabilities within the computing environment.

Troubleshoot the operating system, web application engine, and various distributed middleware problems by taking necessary steps to resolve during and after business hours.

Participate as an infrastructure technical representative for new application installations and projects that involve responsible systems.

Utilize various tools including programming and scripting technologies to standardize, streamline, and automate infrastructure builds and support processes.

Document and maintain procedures regarding responsible systems and servers with minimal dependency on management and other team members.

Review, interpret and understand security vulnerability assessments and implements remediations as determined and in conjunction with the Network Security team

Prioritize and schedule vulnerability remediation with respective asset owners.

Serve as an escalation point for all distributed Systems technical issues requiring support for vulnerability management.

Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing with moderate input from management and other team members.

Education requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, or closely related field.

Experience requirements: 5 years of experience in the job offered, or related occupation.

Special Skills or Other Requirements

Must have experience with each of the following: Experienced in design and administration of Windows operating systems and middleware platforms (Microsoft Exchange Servers, Microsoft SharePoint Servers and Microsoft Teams).

Experience in planning, designing and maintenance of enterprise solutions for Microsoft 365 Tenant migrations, Datacenter Migration from OnPrem to Azure Cloud (Microsoft Azure), Google Drive to OneDrive migrations, Windows Autopilot deployments, Network utilization and Security assessments. Experience with migration tools like Quest and Bit Titan.

Experience with administration and maintenance of LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Servers, DNS, Directory Synchronization (AD Sync) and concepts including account management, group policy, permissions, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Dynamics. Experience with voice and fax solutions like Aveya, OpenText RightFax or eFax servers.

Experience with security preventions as it relates to supported systems such as Windows servers, cloud platform related to Microsoft Purview, Proofpoint, Cisco IronPort, Symantec Message Labs and Exchange Online Protection. Experience in Identity and Access solutions like OKTA, Microsoft Entra ID and ADFS offering server and cloud-based SSO/MFA solutions.

Identify and troubleshoot security vulnerabilities in platform and application level. Implement remediations as required in conjunction with Email Collaboration and Network Security team.

Design, document and maintain Architecture, process & procedure documents for internal and external Audit purpose. Create Knowledge articles to support internal teams.
