Director, PLM Tech Lead
Our IT delivery and support system are continuously evolving to match the entrepreneurial pace to meet consumer needs. The Director, PLM Tech Lead will partner directly with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Supply Chain leadership to roadmap desired product lifecycle functionality and deliver scalable digital capabilities.This role has responsibility for end-to-end architecture of the systems within the technology stack and will work closely with other technical architects within the company to transform comprehensive integratedsolutions - specificallyguiding our transition and modernization from legacy platforms (e.g., Oracle Agile P4P) to SAP PLM (Recipe Development & Specification Management) integrated with our Azure data ecosystem. The successful candidate willdemonstratea strongtrack recordof designing scalable PLM architectures, driving cross-functional collaboration, and executing complex data/system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Work with R&D, Regulatory, and Quality stakeholders to understand business strategy and define enterprise PLM business architecture, including capability maps, value streams, and multi-year roadmaps.

Act as Technical Product Manager leading the project team that develops and implements the vision and strategy forPLM, Recipe Management, and Master Data technology solutions.
Identify and define strategic capabilities, technicalarchitecturesand design patterns needed to implement roadmaps. Translate strategic initiatives into delivery-focused initiatives and release plans.
Peopleleaderand to providearchitectural guidance to IT client engagement leadsforPLM, Recipe Mgmt., and Master Data technology solutions.
Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technology concepts, vendors, and products. As well asmanagingvendor relationships.
Lead vendor assessments, security reviews, and compliance audits. Ensure compatibility and integration of products/services within the broader ecosystem.
Clearly defineobjectives, coordinate with vendors, and lead execution of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and test & learn pilots to investigate issues, accelerate learning and confirm feasibility.
Understand business needs, definesolutions, produce design artifacts with required functions,interfacesand detailed technical architecture, including system, sub-system, andcomponentdesigns.
Develop solution alternatives, schedule and cost estimates,proposalsand SOWs for approval.
Create and deliver presentations to senior leadership in support of technology strategy, investments, and initiatives.
Lead andfacilitatebusiness process modeling sessions to develop, assess, streamline, redesign andoptimizeprocesses and workflows.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science,Engineeringor related field preferred
5+ years' experience in managing large scale products or programs, technology, IT architecture experience with architectural oversight or managing dev-ops models.
Experience in dev-ops delivery/support models as well as iterative software delivery methodologies - Agile, SCRUM, etc.
Develop,testand deployapp functionalities according to project specifications and development standards
Experience working onPLMplatforms such as SAPPLM,MDGand Master Data.
Experience with Azure cloud services, full-stack application development, and product operating model delivery
Excellent communication, presentation & leadership skills
Experience in setting architectural direction and successfultrack recordof delivering strategic solutions
Reporting Relationships
Role reports to Senior Director, Tech & Innovation Technology

Pay Range
United States of America: 171,000 USD - 198,000 USD
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
