Digital Marketing & Online Sales Executive – FMCG

We are looking for a motivated, practical, and responsible Digital Marketing & Online Sales Executive to help grow our business online. This is an office-based role for someone who can independently manage digital activities, improve our online presence, support sales, and identify new online business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage the company’s social media accounts and online presence. Plan and publish regular social media content. Create short-form videos, reels, product videos, and promotional content. Take or arrange good-quality product photos and ensure images are suitable for websites and social media. Manage and update our existing website Upload new products accurately, including product names, descriptions, images, and relevant information. Check that product listings look professional and are displayed correctly. Receive and follow up on customer enquiries, quotation requests, and online leads. Support the company’s wholesale and retail sales activities through digital channels. Manage and grow our presence on noon. Add new products to online marketplaces and improve existing product listings. Research and identify suitable online marketplaces and sales platforms. Handle the registration, documentation, permissions, and setup required for online selling platforms, with management approval. Develop ideas to increase enquiries, quotations, online orders, and sales. Track basic online performance and provide regular updates to management. Coordinate with the company team to collect accurate product, pricing, stock, and delivery information.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, online sales, e-commerce, or a similar role. Experience managing websites and uploading products. Experience creating reels, videos, and social media content. Familiarity with online marketplaces, preferably noon. Good written and spoken English. Strong attention to detail, especially with product names, images, prices, and descriptions. Basic knowledge of wholesale or FMCG products is an advantage. Able to work independently and take responsibility for completing tasks. Sales-focused, proactive, organised, and willing to learn. Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
