Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals Plan campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation Conduct competitor analysis and identify new digital growth opportunities. Campaign Management Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic, etc.). Manage SEO & SEM strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic. Create targeted campaigns for specific audience segments for the given country and territories. Content & Creative Direction Coordinate with content creators, designers, and video editors to create effective content. Ensure all digital assets follow brand guidelines and are optimized for each platform. Develop content calendars for all platforms Analytics & Optimization Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to track performance. Run A/B testing to optimize ads, landing pages, and paid campaigns. Generate regular reports with actionable insights. Social Media & Community Management Oversee brand presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter). Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation. Collaborate with influencers and partners for promotions. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree or Professional certification in Digital Marketing Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management Proficiency in Paid Campaigns and performance marketing Superior content creation and campaign management skills.
