Define and manage project/product requirements in alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, Business, and Product teams. Plan, track, and deliver projects within agreed timelines and quality standards. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective stakeholder communication. Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive them toward resolution. Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards. Monitor project progress, priorities, and resource allocation. Ensure successful delivery of solutions from requirement gathering through implementation. Communicate project updates, challenges, and key decisions to stakeholders. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and delivery outcomes.
