We are seeking a visionary DevOps Engineer to lead a large-scale DevOps transformation for a governmental company.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications Strategic Expertise: Proven experience conducting DevOps maturity assessments (DORA) and defining target operating models (TOM) for enterprise or government clients. Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines). Strong knowledge of Vault for secrets management. Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform/ARM) and scripting (Shell). Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change, mentor teams, and manage stakeholders in a high-compliance environment. Documentation: Exceptional skill in creating high-level strategic documentation (Roadmaps, Frameworks, Gap Analysis Reports)
