Data Analyst, Tableau

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities Assist in wrangling data using Salesforce, SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to discover patterns, correlate findings, and measure the impact on the business and key metrics Create interactive and intuitive visualisations using Tableau Develop a deep understanding of enterprise data and operational details of the business (e.g. forecasting, pipeline, bookings, data quality) Automate manual reporting processes and improve data quality Troubleshoot data issues/inconsistencies and bugs, and recommend/make enhancements to existing dashboards/reports Partner with and consult Professional Services sellers and sales leadership to provide accurate data/information and make recommendations for how to run the business Required Qualifications: English fluency 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics/reporting, data analysis Hands-on experience with Data Modelling, Relational Databases, SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets/Excel, Python Know how to extract, manipulate and transform data Able to translate complex technical results into clear, actionable insights Cross-functional collaboration with teams and personas such as sellers, sales leaders, commercial officers, sales enablement, product, data engineering Ability to quickly grasp technological and business concepts Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions.
