Data Analyst

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role & responsibilities Collect, clean, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Excel. Generate actionable insights to support strategic and operational business decisions. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Perform ad hoc data analysis and present findings to stakeholders and management. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across databases and reporting systems. Assist in automating reporting processes and improving data workflows and efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 14 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query. Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Good understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation. Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or Business Intelligence (BI) systems. Professional certifications in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Data Analytics are an added advantage.
