Data Analyst

The Data Analyst supports the Engineering & Design Department by transforming engineering, project, contractor, and design office data into actionable insights that enhance decision-making, optimize tower deployment programs, improve design quality, monitor contractor performance, and ensure efficient project delivery. Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze data from design offices, contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders Manage, validate, and ensure accurate data upload and entry into corporate systems, platforms, and tools Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, reports, and analytics tools for tracking engineering delivery and performance Generate periodic management reports highlighting key engineering and project performance indicators Monitor project progress, site design milestones, quality of submissions, and review activities using data-driven methodologies Track design submission timelines, approval cycles, revision rates, and design office performance Monitor compliance of design deliverables with followed standards, technical requirements, and project schedules Evaluate design office efficiency, productivity, and design accuracy using measurable KPIs
• Support forecasting of project completion dates, resource requirements, and deployment targets
• Assist in identifying project risks through predictive analytics and trend monitoring

Experience

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Admin or equivalent 3-7 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Project Controls, Engineering Analytics, or Telecom Infrastructure Valid experience in telecom infrastructure deployment life cycle and related project management Hands on in data visualization, statistical analyses and information modeling Proven Advanced Skills in MS Office Apps is mandatory Understanding of engineering processes, and project delivery workflows Knowledge of dashboard apps (Tableau, Power BI) is a PLUS Knowledge of ERP platform is a PLUS
