Data Analyst

We are seeking an exceptional Group Data Analyst to join a growing education organization operating multiple schools across the GCC. This is a high-impact role within the central education team, responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive school improvement, student achievement, and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with senior educational leaders, school leadership teams, and assessment coordinators to develop robust reporting systems, performance dashboards, and data-informed improvement strategies across the school portfolio. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with complex datasets, building reporting frameworks, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain group-wide dashboards and performance reporting systems Analyse student achievement and school performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Produce regular reports and presentations for senior leadership and governance stakeholders Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and compliance across the organization Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making Support schools in the effective interpretation and use of data to improve outcomes Build reporting frameworks that enable meaningful comparison across schools and programmes Collaborate with educational, operational, and technology teams to enhance data systems and reporting capabilities Support the development of data literacy across the organization through training and guidance What We're Looking For The successful candidate will be highly analytical, intellectually curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. They will combine strong technical skills with the ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and translate data into meaningful action.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Education, or a related field Minimum 3 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role Strong experience managing and analysing data across multiple entities, departments, or sites Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Experience within education, regulated industries, or multi-site organizations is advantageous but not essential
