Role Overview

Capgemini is seeking a strong Data Analyst to support a large-scale Financial Services initiative. This role will focus on enterprise data solutions, ETL/ELT development, data analysis, data quality, and data warehouse support within an AWS cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, ETL/ELT development, data modeling, Oracle, and enterprise data warehouse environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions

Write complex SQL queries, transformations, and stored procedures

Perform data analysis, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance

Design and maintain logical and physical data models

Support enterprise data warehouse and analytics environments

Work with PostgreSQL, AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, and Oracle databases

Troubleshoot data quality, performance, and integration issues

Create technical documentation including data mappings and transformation specifications

Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into data solutions

Support testing, production deployments, and ongoing operational support

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Data Integration, or related fields

Strong SQL development and query optimization experience

Hands-on ETL/ELT development experience

Experience building and supporting enterprise data pipelines

Strong data modeling and data management background

Strong PostgreSQL expertise

Experience with AWS Aurora PostgreSQL

Experience working in AWS cloud environments

Experience with Oracle databases

Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse solutions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Financial Services industry experience

Experience supporting BI and reporting initiatives

Data governance and data quality experience

Experience with cloud-based analytics and data warehouse platforms
