Culture & Internal Comms Senior Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

You bring deep expertise in culture transformation, diversity, equity and inclusion, and Employee Value Proposition strategy. You have extensive experience delivering culture, leadership, inclusion and employee proposition transformation within global, matrixed organisations. You have led enterprise-wide change and behavioural transformation across diverse national cultures. You understand organisational development, leadership effectiveness and talent capability. You can influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional partners in complex environments. You can translate strategy into measurable outcomes and sustainable organisational impact. You bring strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management capabilities. You have extensive experience defining internal communications, engagement and leadership communications strategies. You collaborate effectively across HR, Communications, Group functions and business teams. You can balance strategic thought leadership with effective execution at scale Not a perfect fit?
