CTO

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company s technology strategy and oversee the development, scalability, and performance of our digital products and systems. The CTO will work closely with senior leadership and product teams to ensure technology supports business goals, while building and leading a strong engineering function. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the technology strategy in line with business objectives. Lead and develop the engineering and technology teams. Oversee the architecture, development, scalability, and reliability of digital products and systems. Work closely with Product and Business teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Drive the adoption of relevant technologies, including AI and automation. Ensure appropriate standards for system security, performance, quality, and reliability. Manage technology budgets, vendors, and key technology partnerships. Identify technical risks and ensure appropriate solutions and mitigation plans. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential business value.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in technology or software development, with significant experience in leadership roles. Proven experience leading engineering or technology teams. Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud technologies, APIs, and digital platforms. Experience delivering and scaling technology products. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Business-oriented mindset with the ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes. Preferred Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, HR Tech, or other digital businesses. Experience with AI-powered products or automation. Experience scaling technology teams and digital platforms.
