CRM Dynamics Developer

15+ years of experience in analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise client-server and web-based applications.

10+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions (Online and On-Premises).

Experience leading full software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, training, and production support.

Experience working in Agile and iterative development environments. Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform: Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including customization, configuration, workflows, business process flows, plugins, and integrations.

Hands-on experience with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, Copilot Studio

Experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution architectures. Development & Integration: Strong development experience in C#, ASP.NET / .NET Framework, Web APIs, WCF Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications

Experience with ETL processes and data migration activities.

Experience with Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Experience with Azure DevOps and Git-based source control, implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Strong experience with: SQL Server, Database design and administration
