Cost Controller

Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals. Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs, providing actionable insights. Collaborate with project managers to forecast future costs and assist in strategic planning. Prepare comprehensive cost reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis, preferably in construction or manufacturing. Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are highly desirable.
