Based in Alexandria, we blend traditional quality with modern efficiency and we need a finance leader who can decode the numbers behind every bag of premium frozen produce we ship. The Role We're searching for a sharp, strategic Cost Accounting Manager to own the financial DNA of our manufacturing operation. You'll dive deep into product costing, variance analysis, and profitability optimization translating complex data into actionable insights that drive our bottom line. What You'll Do Build and maintain robust standard costing systems for all SKUs and raw materials. Analyze and explain variances in material, labor, and overhead then fix them. Produce monthly cost reports, inventory valuations, and gross margin deep-dives. Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts alongside Operations and Finance. Monitor procurement costs and spotlight savings opportunities. Ensure precise WIP and finished goods valuation. Drive month-end and year-end close activities with speed and accuracy. Strengthen internal controls over inventory and costing processes. Support audits and liaise with banks and external stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; CMA/CPA is a major advantage. 7 10 years of cost accounting experience, with 3+ years in management. Manufacturing cost accounting background (food/agricultural processing preferred). Mastery of standard costing, variance analysis, and BOM structures. Advanced ERP (SAP/Oracle/similar) and Excel skills. Solid grasp of Egyptian tax and accounting standards. Analytical, detail-obsessed, and commercially minded. Fluent Arabic and English. Why Join Us?
