Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor production costs, including raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead
• Prepare cost reports and analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, and cost allocation
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost data and reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial procedures
• Desired Candidate Profile 3 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, production costing, and inventory valuation
• Experience analyzing cost variances, preparing cost reports, and controlling manufacturing expenses
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
