Corporate Sales Executive

Develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate customers. Understand clients’ transportation requirements and recommend suitable rental solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and rental agreements in coordination with the relevant departments. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining company profitability. Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Develop long-term relationships with companies, hotels, travel agencies, government-related entities, and other business partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental rates. Coordinate with Operations and Fleet teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and customer service. Ensure timely collection of payments and coordinate with the Finance Department on outstanding accounts. Maintain accurate records of leads, customers, sales activities, and revenue through CRM or sales reports. Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets. Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 2–5 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in the UAE Rent a Car, Car Rental, Leasing, Automotive, or Transportation industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong corporate networking and business development skills. UAE market knowledge and an existing corporate client network will be an advantage.
