Corporate Communication and PR Manager

Corporate Communication and PR Manager should have a strong background in corporate communication and marketing with a focus on public relations. The role will strengthen the company’s corporate image, reputation, and media presence while ensuring consistent and professional communication across all internal and external channels. Develop and implement the company’s corporate communications strategy in alignment with business objectives. Manage corporate messaging, including press releases, executive communications, internal announcements, speeches, thought leadership articles, and Founder communications. Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media contacts and PR agencies to secure relevant coverage and increase the company’s visibility & reputation in key industry publications. Monitor industry trends and media coverage, preparing regular reports and insights for seniors. Manage the company’s presence across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Ensuring content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and strategic objectives. Analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations. Monitor online conversations and engage with the community in a timely, professional manner. Support the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences , exhibitions, and VIP engagement. Create and manage high-quality content, including articles, infographics, short-form videos, and campaign messaging tailored to the professional audience. Manage all the social media campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in mass communications, Public Relations or Marketing. Minimum of 9–12 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, PR, or media relations. Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a strong command of business English. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Proficiency in social media tools, analytics platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign), and content management systems. Strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Employment Type Full-time
