Contracts Manager

Manage all contractual and commercial matters on a major Kuwait infrastructure project. Lead negotiations with the client, engineer, subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare and negotiate EOT, prolongation, disruption and variation claims. Administer the main contract and all subcontract agreements throughout delivery. Review and certify subcontractor payment applications and final accounts. Support dispute avoidance and resolution, including arbitration where required. Maintain claims registers, variation registers and contractual records. Support final account negotiation and contract close-out. Desired Candidate Profile 10-15 years as a Contracts Manager with a Class 1 main contractor or claims consultancy. Experience handling sizable projects in the UAE. Strong working knowledge of FIDIC 1999/2017 contract conditions. Hands-on experience preparing EOT, variation and claims submissions. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Kuwait or wider GCC experience is an advantage. Litigation or arbitration dispute experience is an advantage. Relevant infrastructure or utilities project background is an advantage. MRICS, MCIArb or Certified FIDIC Contract Manager status is an advantage. Fluent English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
