Contracts Engineer

Draft and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers, ensuring all terms align with project goals and legal requirements. Conduct risk assessments on contract terms, identifying potential liabilities and proposing mitigation strategies. Collaborate closely with project managers and legal teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor contract performance and deliverables, ensuring that milestones are met and issues are addressed promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field, with advanced degrees preferred. At least 5 years of experience in contract management within the engineering, construction, or oil and gas sectors. Professional certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or similar credentials are highly desirable.
