This Contracts Administrator role sits inside a live project's commercial team, owning day-to-day contract administration: correspondence, variations, claims and payment certificates. The client is growing its commercial team as new projects mobilise, and Guildhall is supporting several related hires for them. The role Administer a main-works construction contract on a live project in Kuwait. Handle correspondence, variations, claims and payment certificates day to day. Work inside the commercial team of a large international main contractor. Support contract administration across high-rise or large mixed-use project types. Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Fluent in Arabic is an advantage. Experience administering contracts on large main-contractor projects. MRICS qualification is an advantage, not required.
