Job Description Roles & Responsibilities CONSTRUCTION MANAGER � Location: Abu Dhabi � Industry: Landscaping | External Works | Infrastructure ⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred or Notice period less than 15 days We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of landscaping, external works, and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive UAE construction experience, and a proven ability to manage site operations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple construction sites from planning through project completion. Supervise and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and project teams. Plan, monitor, and control daily construction activities to ensure project milestones are achieved. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE regulations, and local authority requirements. Manage manpower, equipment, and material resources efficiently to maximize productivity. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, prepare site reports, and provide regular updates to senior management. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Review drawings, resolve technical issues, and ensure construction activities comply with approved plans. Maintain strict cost control while ensuring timely project delivery. Foster a high-performance team culture through effective leadership, mentoring, and performance management. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or similar discipline to engineer Minimum 6+ years of UAE construction experience, with proven experience in a Construction Manager or similar managerial role. Strong experience in Landscaping, External Works, and Infrastructure projects is mandatory. Demonstrated experience leading and managing multidisciplinary site teams. Excellent project planning, site coordination, and decision-making skills. Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, quality requirements, and HSE regulations. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within deadlines. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
