Community Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the community and ensure high-quality services. Coordinate with residents, staff, contractors, and service providers. Handle maintenance, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and other facility-related requirements. Follow up on Facility Management (FM) activities and ensure issues are resolved promptly. Monitor service providers and ensure compliance with required standards. Prepare reports, trackers, and operational updates using Microsoft Excel. Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, incidents, schedules, and community activities. Address residents' concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-up. Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors when required. Ensure the community is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and presentation. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements: Previous experience as a Community Manager, Community Supervisor, Facilities Coordinator/Manager, or similar role. Hotel/hospitality experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Facility Management (FM) and property/community operations. Fluent in Arabic and English – both written and spoken. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and ability to prepare and maintain detailed reports and trackers. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams. Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills. UAE experience is preferred.
