Hiring: Commercial Manager | Qatar Local Hire Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial and contract management within the General Contracting industry. Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control, budgeting, claims, variations, and risk management. Proven experience managing commercial aspects of large-scale construction projects. Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and GCC construction practices. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
