Job Overview
Mustadamah, a subsidiary of Energy & Environment Company (EEC), Kuwait, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lead / Commercial Manager to establish and expand EEC's commercial presence in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead client registration and prequalification with key organizations, identify business opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships, and manage techno-commercial proposals, tenders, and commercial activities. Key Responsibilities Establish and expand EEC's commercial presence in Saudi Arabia through Mustadamah. Lead client registration, prequalification, and qualification with major organizations. Identify and pursue business opportunities across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, Environmental, and Industrial sectors. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, EPC contractors, and key stakeholders. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, costing, and commercial evaluations. Lead tender preparation, bid submission, commercial clarifications, negotiations, and contract follow-up. Coordinate with EEC's technical, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure competitive and timely submissions. Maintain commercial documentation, records, and reporting in accordance with company procedures. Monitor tender portals, market developments, and customer requirements. Support management in developing commercial strategies and business plans. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA is an advantage. Minimum 8 years of commercial/business development experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia. Experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Utilities, Environmental, or Industrial sectors. Strong understanding of Saudi procurement processes, tendering, and client prequalification. Proven experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals, costing, and commercial negotiations. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong commercial and contractual acumen. Excellent techno-commercial proposal preparation and bid submission skills. Excellent proposal writing, documentation, and organizational skills. Experience in costing, pricing, and commercial evaluation. Strong understanding of tendering and procurement procedures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Desired Candidate Profile . Employment Type Full-time
