Client Support - IT Client Support Associate

We're seeking an IT Client Support Associate to join a collaborative desktop support team supporting employees across the organization. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys technology, solving problems, and helping others. While prior IT support experience is helpful, we're ultimately looking for someone with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a willingness to learn.

This position is available on site in League City, TX.

What You'll Do

Pro vides basic desktop troubleshooting and resolution s

Provides basic triage and support of multifunction and desktop printer technologies

Configures and deploys PCs, laptops, Macs, and hardware accessories to users with efficiency , accuracy , and minimal downtime

Obtains the ability to apply software patches to computers

Provides customer service, including in person, over the phone, or remote support

Communicates well in both written and verbal formats

What You'll Need

Associate degree , preferred

Minimum one year of experience

Additional qualifications: At least one year of information technology service management or desktop support experience. Preference for those in positions with an emphasis on customer service and support.

Demonstrated experience in customer service and support.

Proven basic knowledge of personal computers and related peripherals.
